D. Kerry Laycock, CMC® Tel: 734-222-0584 2005 marks Mr. Laycock’s 21st year as an independent management and organizational consultant. In this time Mr. Laycock has been involved in a wide range of planned change interventions including the design and presentation of training to support these efforts. The primary focus of his work in recent years is organizational structure, work process and job design. His projects are designed to help organizations develop structures and work processes that deliver extraordinary value aligned to a clearly defined business strategy. Unlike most consultants, Mr. Laycock’s work goes beyond technical process optimization by aligning jobs to processes through competency-based and team-based human resource performance management strategies. Mr. Laycock holds a Masters degree in organization development and is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. In addition to consulting, he has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in organizational behavior and organizational development. He also has served on the boards of directors of a number of nonprofit organizations. |
